A one day course covering the clinical and pathological basis of colposcopy with a faculty of NZ and Australian expert colposcopists and pathologists. Topics will include technique and documentation of diagnostic and therapeutic colposcopy, management of screening abnormalities, audit and QA in colposcopy and changes to the New Zealand NCSP programme and Australian Renewal. This is aimed at trainees, colposcopists early in their career and experienced colposcopists needing an update to fulfil accreditation requirements.

This interactive, full day session will be of interest to clinicians who provide care for young women, including paediatricians and primary care physicians. Speakers have a breadth of experience and will cover topics including contraception for adolescents, care of young women with disability and developmental delay, fertility preservation, adolescent menstrual disorders, paediatric vulval conditions, surgery for genital tract and anomalies, and gender dysphoria. The workshop will conclude with the ANZSPAG (Australian & New Zealand Society of Paediatric & Adolescent Gynaecology) AGM, which all registrants are welcome to attend

This Workshop, being held at the Advanced Clinical Skills Centre, Auckland will cover all aspects of third and fourth degree repair.  Sessions will include anatomy and classification of perineal trauma, recognition of OASIS and repair techniques, management of postnatal perineal cares, management of subsequent pregnancy, risk reducing strategies to prevent perineal trauma, and a practical workshop including hands-on repair.

 

RANZCOG Fetal Surveillance Education Program (FSEP)

The FSEP Full program runs for 7 hours and provides a solid foundation of information for all clinicians involved in antenatal and intrapartum care. The Full program is structured to cumulatively build understanding. Participants in the Full program also complete the FSEP and MCQ assessment at the end of the session. This is our core education program and is suited to most clinicians requiring education for an update in cardiotocography. Program outline.
