Climate and Dress Code
Auckland enjoys a warm coastal climate and is one of the sunniest spots in the country. It also has a high rainfall, which ensures the lushness of its rainforests, with an annual rainfall of 1240mm. When visiting Auckland, it is a good idea to pack a rainproof jacket as well as sun protection due to New Zealand’s high UV rating. The average daily temperature during the month of October is 17 °C (63°F) and 19°C (66°F) during November.
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Meeting Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
The official language of the Meeting is English.
